Licence key is not recognised

What to check when Yenka reports an invalid or expired licence on launch.

1) Confirm the key matches the product (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Technology / Programming). 2) Verify your machine has internet access to licence.yenka.com. 3) Re-enter the key in Help → Licence. 4) For network licences, check that the licence server service is running.
